3 x unclothed doll boxes (the unclothed stars scheme dolls were mailed from Leicester, home of Palitoy, to those who posted the company twenty-one stars).
 
3 x ‘Your free Action Man reporting for duty!’ folded letter (form AM 66/L33). These letters were enclosed with the unclothed stars scheme dolls (as described above).
